Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Support/Engineer with expertise in MySQL to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, availability, and performance of our database systems
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide comprehensive support and monitoring of MySQL database systems.
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure efficient operations.
- Identify and resolve database-related issues, collaborating closely with developers.
- To retrieve reports daily, weekly, or monthly based on the clients' requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of database incidents, and resolutions for reference and reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- 1-3 years of professional working experience on MySQL, should be well versed with DML, DDL and DCL commands.
- Working knowledge of relational database concepts and principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
